Orders, Shipping, and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days, Monday through Saturday.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, transit usually takes 3 to 5 days, Monday through Saturday.
The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days, including processing and transit.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, peak periods, or carrier disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting support.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What items qualify for a return?
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Original tags or packaging included where applicable
- Proof of purchase provided
How do I start a return?
Contact us first at support@thegentlemenboston.com and include your order number and the item or items you want to return.
Once your request is approved, we will send the next steps.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to preference, exchange, or change of mind.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us for a resolution.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting support@thegentlemenboston.com with the order number.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped. If already shipped, a return may be requested after delivery.
